Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. The customer pays return shipping on standard returns and sends us the return tracking number.
• A 25% restocking fee applies when an item was received in good condition and you choose to return it. No restocking fee applies to an unopened-box return, a defect confirmed by Altitude Customer Service, or a verified damaged-on-arrival claim.
• Fan arrived damaged? Contact us within 3 business days of delivery, before returning anything, with photos of the product and the packaging.
• Cancellations must reach Customer Service before your order ships (9:00 AM–2:00 PM EST). Clearance items are non-returnable unless confirmed defective.
• Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 1–2 business days.

Lifetime motor warranty. The motor is warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser, from the date of purchase.

Two years on all other parts (excluding glass or acrylic blades), from the date of purchase.

If a covered defect is found, Altitude will, at its discretion, repair or replace the fan with a comparable or superior model — the repair or replacement itself is free of charge. The customer pays the shipping to return the product for a warranty claim, plus any removal and reinstallation costs. Original proof of purchase is required.

Not covered: accidents, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications or repairs, weather-related changes to brass finishes, and minor wobbling (a normal characteristic, not a defect).
